zeekay 5704e6392b rename: module github.com/hanzoai/vm -> github.com/hanzoai/visor ...

The repo is the supervisor/hypervisor software (multi-cloud provisioner at
visor.hanzo.ai, now with the /v1/fleet bot-fleet controller). Module path,
imports and the ghcr image are now visor; hanzoai/vm is reserved for a future
virtual-machine product. vmd (guacd) untouched. go build ./... green.
