zeekay a925350a51 refactor: remove all Stripe references — Commerce is payment provider 
Stripe banned Hanzo. Removed Stripe SDK, webhook handlers, hardcoded
keys, and StripePricingTable. Billing redirects to billing.hanzo.ai.
