zeekay 8f88ee5862 feat: add RPC endpoints and fix deployment script import path 
- Add hanzo_mainnet, hanzo_testnet, hanzo_devnet RPC endpoints to foundry.toml
- Fix HanzoRegistry import path in DeployFullIdentitySystem script
- Add foundry.lock for reproducible dependency resolution
- Include deployment broadcast logs for chain 36964
