Azat Khuzhin e991cdedb5 Fetch parts in parallel in ALTER TABLE FETCH PARTITION 
FETCH PARTITION can be used to migrate data from an old cluster (to
avoid extra decompress-compress cycles for INSERT/SELECT), but the
problem with it is that it is single-threaded, which makes it way more
slower then INSERT SELECT.

Otherwise the following fails:
