Rahul NairandGitHub	a2cec8321e	Backport docker-init binary to 26.3 (#103577) ... Add the `docker-init` subcommand to the clickhouse multi-tool binary. This is the compiled entrypoint for distroless Docker images (no shell, no coreutils). Without it, distroless images crash on startup since the Dockerfile uses `clickhouse docker-init` as the entrypoint. Rahul NairandGitHub	b3baadbcab	Backport distroless Docker support to 26.3 (#103156) ... Add the docker-init entrypoint binary and CI integration needed for distroless images. The Dockerfiles were backported in #102923 but the binary they reference (clickhouse docker-init) was missing.
