The "18 cases" line in the editing-this-skill section pointed at the
original `test_common.py` count; the harness has since grown to 29 cases
(threshold-end default, SHA-prefix matcher, unmerged-PR guard). The
`merged_metrics.tsv` shape line said `1093+ rows × 95 cols`; the smoke
output is now 1155 rows × 97 cols, so phrase shape descriptively
("one row per scenario × backend × commit; ~95+ columns") to avoid
re-drifting on every staging change.
