The slow-GET mock streamed the 16 MB dataset in 80 KB blocks with a 1s
stall after each block: ~205 stalls, ~205s. Use 1 MiB blocks so the full
dataset is still streamed with a 1s stall after every chunk (~17 stalls),
keeping the slow-read path exercised while bounding the runtime.
