Alexey Milovidov 0b6a2bc99f Fix DockerC FIFO runner stdin handling ...

Run `docker exec` attached in the background instead of detached so its exit status and stderr are observable, but redirect the Docker CLI stdin from `/dev/null` because the compiled function reads from the named pipe.

Also duplicate the runner stdin explicitly for the background writer. Some shells give background jobs `/dev/null` as stdin by default, which made `cat` send EOF to the input FIFO immediately and produced empty `Buffers` results.
