The previous guard used `[ -f "$clickhouse" ]`, which matches only regular
files. If a directory or a broken symlink already occupied the chosen path,
the script kept that name and then failed in `curl -o`. Use
`[ -e "$clickhouse" ] || [ -L "$clickhouse" ]` instead so any preexisting path
(including dangling symlinks, which are invisible to `-e` alone) is skipped.

The redundant outer `if` is dropped since the `while` already handles the
no-clash case.
