- `pandas==1.5.3` → `2.2.3` (first version with cp313 aarch64 wheel)
- `numpy==1.26.4` → `2.1.0` (first version with cp313 aarch64 wheel)
- `scipy==1.12.0` → `1.14.1` (first version with cp313 aarch64 wheel)
- `grpcio==1.60.0` → `1.66.2` (first version with cp313 aarch64 wheel)

Without these bumps, pip falls back to building from source, which fails
because `pkg_resources` is not available in the pip build isolation
environment under Python 3.13.
