The `ssh.xml` and `ssh_host_ed25519_key` files in `programs/server/config.d/` were causing the ClickBench CI job to fail because the SSH listener (`tcp_ssh_port` 9022) was being enabled in environments where it shouldn't be. The server crashed on startup with: `Listen [0.0.0.0]:9022 failed: Failed setting host key in sshbind` These files are redundant since the SSH test configuration is already properly handled by `tests/config/install.sh` (lines 173-177), which installs from `tests/config/config.d/ssh.xml` into the test server's config directory.
