- Add test that UDFs writing to stderr succeed under default
  `stderr_reaction` (`log_last`) when exit code is 0, preventing
  regressions in the new default behavior.
- Fix test docstring: "defaults to throw" -> "configured as throw"
  since the XML now sets `throw` explicitly.
