The `duplicateTab` helper comment in `programs/server/play.html` said the tab
duplication is triggered by a middle-click or `Ctrl/Shift/Cmd+click` on the
title. But the actual title-click handler bails out on macOS `Ctrl+click`
(the secondary/context-menu click, left to the browser) and only duplicates on
`Shift+click` or the platform's new-tab modifier click (Cmd+click on macOS,
Ctrl+click elsewhere). Reword the comment to the same platform-accurate phrasing
used elsewhere in the file, so it no longer lumps macOS `Ctrl+click` into the
new-tab/duplicate bucket. Comment-only change, no behavior change.
