The GitHub workflows are replaced by the canonical caller under .hanzo/workflows, which is the only directory the forge collects. Every knob stays in /hanzo.yml, so this file is the seven lines that name the shared reusable and nothing else -- the same caller every other repo in the estate uses. GitHub Actions runs nothing here now, by design.
