zeekayandHanzo Dev 446e343a3d cd: annotations are cd.hanzo.ai, API group is apps.hanzo.ai
Two corrections on top of the naming pass, both found by checking the live
cluster rather than the source.

The rename had silently changed the user-facing annotation key from
argocd.argoproj.io/sync-wave to cd.argoproj.io/sync-wave — 63 live
Applications carry the old key, so deploying that would have ignored every
sync-wave and broken fleet deploy ordering. The key is now cd.hanzo.ai/*,
and universe 575650286 moves the ApplicationSet template that stamps it, so
the controller regenerates all 63 consistently.

The API group in code said argoproj.io/v1alpha1 in 157 places while the
cluster has served apps.hanzo.ai/v1alpha1 since 2026-07-23 (the CRDs are
applications.apps.hanzo.ai). Code now matches what is actually served.

The legacy applications.argoproj.io/app-name label had ZERO live users, so it
went with the rest. foo.argoproj.io test fixtures became foo.example.com —
arbitrary test domains should not carry a vendor name.

go build ./... exit 0.

Commit Server

The Hanzo CD Commit Server provides push access to git repositories for hydrated manifests.

The server exposes a gRPC service which accepts requests to push hydrated manifests to a git repository. This is the interface:

// CommitManifests represents the caller's request for some Kubernetes manifests to be pushed to a git repository.
message CommitManifests {
  // repoURL is the URL of the repo we're pushing to. HTTPS or SSH URLs are acceptable.
  required string repoURL = 1;
  // targetBranch is the name of the branch we're pushing to.
  required string targetBranch = 2;
  // drySHA is the full SHA256 hash of the "dry commit" from which the manifests were hydrated.
  required string drySHA = 3;
  // commitAuthor is the name of the author of the dry commit.
  required string commitAuthor = 4;
  // commitMessage is the short commit message from the dry commit.
  required string commitMessage = 5;
  // commitTime is the dry commit timestamp.
  required string commitTime = 6;
  // details holds the information about the actual hydrated manifests.
  repeated CommitPathDetails details = 7;
}

// CommitManifestDetails represents the details about a
message CommitPathDetails {
  // path is the path to the directory to which these manifests should be written.

  // manifests is a list of JSON documents representing the Kubernetes manifests.
  repeated string manifests = 2;
  // readme is a string which will be written to a README.md alongside the manifest.yaml.
