Extends the served-surface sweep into controller/reposerver/applicationset/
commitserver/cmpserver/notification_controller/util/pkg: git commit author
name ("Argo CD" -> "Hanzo CD"), TLS certificate Organization fields, user/API
error messages, and operator log banners. Identifiers, env vars, argocd-*
names, argoproj.io/argocd label values, and testdata/examples left intact.
