.github/workflows/publish.yml is hanzoai/i18n's path: on a cluster runner it asks npm whether package.json's version is ahead of latest, builds (the gate), checks the generated files are the committed ones, packs, reads NPM_TOKEN from KMS, masks it, and publishes the tarball. Pull requests build and pack and publish nothing. Nothing publishes from a laptop now; LLM.md and hanzo.yml say so. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01BLLMyBFSvAfCt7ZGqYuiEz
