Adds a code layer to @hanzo/design: scripts/gen-tokens.mjs parses tokens/*.css into typed TS (src/tokens.gen.ts), src/index.ts exposes colors/spacing/radius/ zIndex/... + cssVar()/tokenValue()/injectDesignCss(). One source (the CSS), TS derived, so the stylesheet and code can never drift. Additive — CSS exports unchanged. Makes hanzoai/design the programmatic control plane for look & feel.
