libs/hanzo-ui imports several transitive deps directly (@radix-ui/react-toggle, @radix-ui/react-use-controllable-state, @zxing/browser via @hanzo/ai, katex, buffer) that pnpm's strict node_modules doesn't expose to a fresh --frozen-lockfile install, so the vite build failed to resolve them. shamefully-hoist=true flat-links them (npm parity) — verified: vite transforms all 8687 modules and builds green in 3m13s. Manual fleet scripts now also cap the heap via NODE_OPTIONS=--max_old_space_size=8192 (the CI build step already did). Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
