zeekay a5e11c9a96 fix(cloud): correct Hanzo Cloud endpoint + IAM client, decomplect auth config ...

- brand.config.ts: inferenceEndpoint gateway.hanzo.ai -> api.hanzo.ai (gateway
  subdomain 404s; api.hanzo.ai/v1 is the live gateway, verified 200). iam.clientId
  placeholder 'hanzo-app-client-id' -> registered public client 'hanzo-desktop'.
- hanzo-auth.ts: read client id / issuer / redirect from brandConfig.iam (one
  source of truth) instead of a duplicated hardcoded copy. Identity is a value,
  not a place.

Verified live: hanzo.id OIDC discovery 200; authorize?client_id=hanzo-desktop
-> 302 (registered); api.hanzo.ai/v1/models 200; real IAM JWT -> chat/completions 200.
