zeekay a687368ae7 feat(desktop): converge onto shared SDKs

- Adopt @hanzo/iam for native login: replace the hand-rolled PKCE
  implementation in hooks/hanzo-auth.ts with the canonical @hanzo/iam
  IAM client (getSigninUrl + handleCallback). Same SDK web/chat/console
  ship; native glue (open + oauth-deep-link) is all that remains here.
  Endpoints + custom-scheme redirect now come from brand-config (one
  source), not hardcoded in the hook.
- One inference endpoint source: gateway.hanzo.ai (dead/404) -> api.hanzo.ai
  in libs/brand-config + apps/hanzo-desktop/src/brand.config.ts.
