- chat WebSocket now reconnects forever (exp backoff, retryOnError) so a node
  restart/re-pair no longer leaves the chat spinner hung
- retire ollama everywhere (node_manager reports the native hanzo-engine URL;
  drop the ollama external binary from tauri.conf)
- quick-connection: local node address 9850 → 3690 (actual API port)
- suppress the embedding-mismatch popup (node auto-detects vector dim now)
