Adds the abstraction layer for building Hanzo and Zoo desktops from one
source tree. Foundation only — no library merges yet, existing hanzo build
unchanged.
* libs/brand-config — Brand/BrandConfig types, getBrand() resolves from
VITE_BRAND env then hostname then 'hanzo' default. Hardcoded HANZO/ZOO
literals (identifier, productName, hosts, network, miningEndpoint).
* tauri.conf.{hanzo,zoo}.json — overlays for productName, identifier,
bundle.icon, app.windows[].title, updater endpoint per brand.
* package.json scripts — build:hanzo / build:zoo pass -c flag + VITE_BRAND.
* tsconfig.base.json — adds @hanzo_network/brand-config path alias.
Verify: 'npm run build:zoo' from apps/hanzo-desktop produces a com.zoo.desktop
bundle. Existing hanzo build unaffected (tsc + vite build clean).
