Seven surfaces asserted facts nothing had measured: a refused read drawn as an empty list, a missing authorize URL explained as the provider's credential path, an unread transcript drawn as a run with no turns, a flow absent from the org's newest fifty runs drawn as never having run, a green "Passed" on every card in the done column, and an Auto-Run button that dispatched no work. A screen gives no sign which of those it is showing, which is what makes an invented answer worse than a missing one. Each now carries its own refusal or is gone. Both skills reads propagate, the transcript keeps reading, refused and empty apart, the last run is asked of the flow rather than of the org, and Auto-Run runs the agent the card names. The swarm control left with the bar that was its only reader and that nothing mounted.
