The main window drew its own shell (Chat on the local node, Tabs, Agents, Tools, Files, Settings), which matched nothing on hanzo.ai and could not answer without a node. It now draws @hanzo/rooms App, the component hanzo.ai draws at /, so Chat, Dev and the column are the same in both and a change to the rooms reaches both. What Desktop keeps is what a host owns. The IAM session lives in one OS keychain record (keychain.ts); sign-in opens in the system browser and returns on the brand's deep link; the router is the window's history; a link or navigation to another origin opens in the browser (the `away` plugin in main.rs), so sign-out or checkout never replaces the app. Every window uses @hanzo/ui's monochrome gui config and hanzo.ai's stylesheets, and the catalog pins the stack hanzo-inc/app pins: gui and the @hanzogui packages 8.3.5, @hanzo/ui 8.27.88, rooms 0.1.45, build 0.2.53, ai 0.6.23, iam 0.21.29. 8.3.5 ships .js where 8.3.1 shipped .mjs, so the react-native aliases name no extension. The old shell (12 files under src/hanzo) had no importer left and is gone. pnpm typecheck: 0 errors. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01M8RoubcPN71KgJuZ8LdBUL
