zeekayandHanzo Dev e432b5b473 feat: real Hanzo onboarding image, purge remaining Shinkai, zen embedding default ...

- public/onboarding.png: replace the inherited Shinkai app screenshot with a real
  screenshot of the Hanzo app (Zen Engine enso-ring branding, rounded + shadow)
- remove orphaned libs/shinkai-node-state/ (unused, no package.json/alias; the real
  lib is hanzo-node-state) — repo is now fully Shinkai-free
- hanzo_node_options: default_embedding_model = zenlm/zen-embedding-0.6B
  (the node auto-detects the real embedding dimension now)
- hanzo_node_manager: daemon-managed embedding engine wiring
