zeekay 9d251b3ec4 fix: publish hanzo-tunnel to crates.io, gate tunnel behind feature flag, fix CI
- hanzo-tunnel v0.1.0 published to crates.io (was path dep to ../../../tunnel)
- cli: tunnel + tunnel-bridge deps now optional behind `tunnel` feature flag
- cli: cloud module (ZT + relay) gated with #[cfg(feature = "tunnel")]
- tunnel-bridge: all hanzo_tunnel usage gated behind `tunnel` feature
- CI: fix prettier by scoping JS globs, excluding symlinked CLAUDE.md
- CI: format all workflows and docs with prettier
- Workspace compiles clean without tunnel feature (CI default)
- Local builds with `--features tunnel` still work with crates.io dep

just-every-code b379b602aa merge(upstream): sync upstream/main into upstream-merge with selective reconciliation
- Prefer ours for TUI and core API invariants; adopted upstream for exec/common where safe
- Restored fork invariants (browser/agent tools, UA/version) and added missing deps
- Aligned conversation manager to session_id flow; added resume wiring via config
- Re-exported rollout helpers at crate root for exec; fixed MCP/TUI call sites
- Build passes verify.sh and ./build-fast.sh with zero errors

Ahmed IbrahimandGitHub c7b9c52002 enable-resume (#3537)
Adding the ability to resume conversations.
we have one verb `resume`.

Behavior:

`tui`:
`codex resume`: opens session picker
`codex resume --last`: continue last message
`codex resume <session id>`: continue conversation with `session id`

`exec`:
`codex resume --last`: continue last conversation
`codex resume <session id>`: continue conversation with `session id`

Implementation:
- I added a function to find the path in `~/.codex/sessions/` with a
`UUID`. This is helpful in resuming with session id.
- Added the above mentioned flags
- Added lots of testing

just-every-code 1f4080f5ca merge(upstream): pull openai/codex main into upstream-merge
- Prefer ours for TUI widget + docs to preserve UX and gating
- Adopt upstream justfile tasks (nextest + mcp-server-run)
- Verified with scripts/upstream-merge/verify.sh and ./build-fast.sh (ok)

Eric TrautandGitHub f64710d917 Simplify auth flow and reconcile differences between ChatGPT and API Key auth (#3189)
This PR does the following:
* Adds the ability to paste or type an API key.
* Removes the `preferred_auth_method` config option. The last login
method is always persisted in auth.json, so this isn't needed.
* If OPENAI_API_KEY env variable is defined, the value is used to
prepopulate the new UI. The env variable is otherwise ignored by the
CLI.
* Adds a new MCP server entry point "login_api_key" so we can implement
this same API key behavior for the VS Code extension.

pakrym-oaiandGitHub b65047c628 Never store requests (#3212)
When item ids are sent to Responses API it will load them from the
database ignoring the provided values. This adds extra latency.

Not having the mode to store requests also allows us to simplify the
code.

## Breaking change

The `disable_response_storage` configuration option is removed.

d832bd0cc2 README / docs refactor (#2724)
This PR cleans up the monolithic README by breaking it into a set
navigable pages under docs/ (install, getting started, configuration,
authentication, sandboxing and approvals, platform details, FAQ, ZDR,
contributing, license). The top‑level README is now more concise and
intuitive, (with corrected screenshots).

It also consolidates overlapping content from codex-rs/README.md into
the top‑level docs and updates links accordingly. The codex-rs README
remains in place for now as a pointer and for continuity.

Finally, added an extensive config reference table at the bottom of
docs/config.md.
