zeekay 436ee5ff4d Remove code-rs/, rebrand all references to hanzo-dev/ 
- Delete entire code-rs/ directory (1796 files) — just-every/code fork
  is no longer needed; hanzo-dev/ is the canonical Rust workspace
- Update all build scripts, CI workflows, docs, and configs to
  reference hanzo-dev/ instead of code-rs/
- Update binary name references: code → dev throughout
- Fix hanzo-cli/index.js, hanzo.sh, README.md, dev-cli READMEs
- Include pre-existing TUI improvements (theme, colors, greeting,
  card styles, chatwidget refactor) and build-fast.sh enhancements
  (symlink install, smarter crate prefix detection)
- codex-rs/ (read-only upstream mirror) is untouched

zeekay ef3db6c2f6 fix(ci): fix codespell and prettier issues 
- Fix typos: parellel→parallel, neccessary→necessary, mulitple→multiple,
  responible→responsible, geniune→genuine, yeild→yield
- Add ignore words: Nd, nd, edn, lightening (valid terms)
- Run prettier --write to fix all formatting issues

- Merged latest from OpenAI Codex upstream (reasoning effort tracking, apply-patch stability)
- Updated branding from 'Codex' to 'Hanzo Dev' throughout codebase
- Fixed compilation issues in TUI and core modules
- Enhanced build system with hanzo-crypto integration
- Preserved Hanzo identity while maintaining upstream compatibility
- Updated CLI tooling and MCP protocol implementations
- Added comprehensive GitHub Actions integration

zeekay 5b9025b7ea feat: Merge upstream v0.4.3 + Hanzo branding (dev v3.1.0) 
Merged just-every/main v0.2.163-188 + v0.4.0-v0.4.3 (1646 files)

Hanzo Customizations:
- Renamed binaries: code → dev, code-tui → dev-tui, code-exec → dev-exec
- Added models.rs for Qwen3 support
- Added hanzo-cli wrapper
- Updated package.json: code-monorepo → dev-monorepo
- Preserved LLM.md documentation

Ready for: Training-Free GRPO + DeepSeek integration
