- Keep ours: core/codex.rs, TUI chatwidget, UA/version + tool gating
- Prefer theirs: exec/event processor, common/protocol syncs where compatible
- Reconciled: MCP tool runner match arms (preserve browser/agent events), config review_model default
- Added upstream review prompt/tests without enabling review mode features
- Verified via scripts/upstream-merge/verify.sh and ./build-fast.sh (no warnings)
