- Replace Codex branding with Hanzo logo/styling on login success page
- Dark-first theme with Hanzo red (#fd4444) accent
- Default platform_url to hanzo.ai instead of platform.openai.com
- MCP client name/title: codex-mcp-client → hanzo-dev-mcp-client
- CLI help text: codex mcp → dev mcp
- Fix OAuth token exchange for Casdoor/hanzo.id (optional id_token,
  send client_secret alongside PKCE code_verifier)
- Fix refresh token to use id_token_or_access() fallback for Casdoor
- Restore 0.6.x version series (v3.0.12 leaked from upstream merge)
