- Guardian approval MVP with delegated review
- Bubblewrap as default Linux sandbox
- Theme-aware diff rendering
- Multi-agent improvements (spawn metadata, fanout)
- Custom CA certificate support for enterprise proxies
- Request permissions tool
- Cloud requirements enforcement
- Hooks upgraded to HookResult/HookResponse API
