zeekay 8809c4bcd0 docs: use official Hanzo mono logo in READMEs ...

Add hanzo-logo.svg (mono black) and hanzo-logo.png from the logo repo.
npm package READMEs use the PNG via GitHub raw URL so the correct mark
renders on npmjs.com instead of the old every-logo.png.
