zeekay b2ac873c51 docs: rebrand README to Hanzo Dev, document TUI features and agent piping ...

Rewrite all READMEs from "Every Code" to "Hanzo Dev" branding. Add
comprehensive chat TUI documentation (Zen mode, themes, keyboard
shortcuts, session management), CLI agent piping section (Claude/Gemini/
Qwen orchestration), Auto Review docs, upstream comparison table, and
architecture overview. Update config paths to ~/.hanzo/ and default
model to gpt-5.3-codex.
