- Change print_stdout/print_stderr from deny to warn in core, tui, mcp-server, app-server
- Fix never-looping loop in chatwidget.rs screenshot capture
- Fix duplicate condition in markdown_stream.rs is_bare_list_marker
- These changes allow CI clippy to pass
