just-every-code eb254d74cf merge(upstream): sync with openai/codex main into upstream-merge

- Adopt upstream in core/protocol selectively; retain our TUI/CLI UX
- Keep our exec/conversation flow; add compatibility shims for rollout
- Add protocol num_format + TS derives to satisfy upstream types
- Resolve conflicts per policy; purge upstream-only UI events
- Build verified via scripts/upstream-merge/verify.sh and ./build-fast.sh (clean, no warnings)

codex-protocol

This crate defines the "types" for the protocol used by Codex CLI, which includes both "internal types" for communication between codex-core and codex-tui, as well as "external types" used with codex mcp.

This crate should have minimal dependencies.

Ideally, we should avoid "material business logic" in this crate, as we can always introduce Ext-style traits to add functionality to types in other crates.
