- Update release.yml: codex-cli -> dev-cli, code-* -> dev-* artifacts - Align versions: dev-cli and npm-binaries to 0.6.74 (matches Cargo.toml) - Add dev-cli to pnpm workspace - Fix scripts: check-release-notes-version.sh, generate-homebrew-formula.sh - Homebrew formula: Code.rb -> Dev.rb with correct binary names - Make nextest continue-on-error to unblock release on snapshot mismatches
