- Preserve TUI and core tool wiring (browser_/agent_/web_fetch, strict ordering)
- Adopt upstream in common/exec/file-search and minor fixes
- Resolve conflicts per policy; revert core files to ours to restore API compat
- verify.sh and build-fast.sh pass (no warnings)
