- Linux sandbox bwrap improvements
- Guardian approval system enhancements
- Argument comment lint improvements

Conflict resolution:
- Kept Hanzo branding in error.rs (401/403 messages)
- Kept hanzo-dev paths in CI/release workflows
- Adopted upstream's /*param_name*/ argument comments
- Adopted upstream's change-detection CI structure
- Kept dev-deduplicate label naming
