- feat: mem v2 (memory extraction, prompt module, phase 1+2 consolidation)

- feat: sandbox metadata in turn headers, proxy-aware network routing
- fix: canonicalize wrapper approvals, heredoc prefix support
- fix: reduce open_if_present usage, websocket incrementality
- chore: split NPM packages, extract hooks crate, tool building extraction
- Strip unsupported images, sanitize MCP image output for text-only models
- Thin LTO for alpha Rust release builds
