- Fix crash: history_push_top_next_req() now uses correct tag based on cell type (BackgroundEvent requires "background" tag, not "prelude") - Canonicalize branding to lowercase "hanzo dev" in all animations - Add Makefile with build, fast-build, install targets - Update CLI name to "hanzo dev" in clap config - Add monochrome theme support and color helpers
