OpenAPI: fix broken dereference-json-schema import in dist (#3074)

* OpenAPI: fix broken dereference-json-schema import in dist

unbundle + inlineOnly produces hardcoded .pnpm/ paths in the built
output, breaking consumers. Move dereference-json-schema to dependencies
and use default import for CJS interop.
