- Replace fumadocs imports with @hanzo/docs-radix-ui packages
- Fix useEffectEvent compatibility (React experimental API)
- Fix localStorage SSR issues with lazy OramaCloud client

refactor: update all fumadocs references to @hanzo namespace

- Change default output directory from .source to .docs
- Update MDX plugin names (fumadocs-mdx -> hanzo-docs-mdx)
- Update environment variables (_FUMADOCS_MDX -> _HANZO_DOCS_MDX)
- Update preset names (fumadocs -> hanzo-docs)
- Update CSS imports in base-ui to use @hanzo/docs-ui
- Fix facade package to import from @hanzo/docs-base-ui
- Update copy-css.js to source from @hanzo/docs-base-ui
- Remove non-existent tabs.unstyled.ts
