fix(apps/docs): resolve build errors after fumadocs rebrand
...
- Remove Accordions type="single" and collapsible props (Base UI API change)
- Fix import paths: @hanzo-docs/* → @hanzo/docs/*
- Fix registry dependencies: hanzo-docs-core → @hanzo/docs-core
- Fix mangled function name writeHanzo DocsRegistry → writeDocsRegistry
- Fix blog loader: wrap blogPosts array with createSource()
- Fix static.json route: use for...of loop with NextResponse
- Update GitHub config: owner=hanzoai, repo=docs
- Handle sponsors API gracefully for organization accounts
- Update MDX documentation to remove twoslash examples with old imports
Build verified: 441 pages generated successfully

- Rename all packages from fumadocs-* to @hanzo/docs-*
- Update all imports across apps, examples, and packages
- Update documentation and content references
- Sync lockfile with new package names
