zeekay a76e0458e8 feat(docs): integrate project sync into build pipeline, add dark theme and CF Pages deploy 
Wire project docs sync into pre-build step, add comprehensive dark theme
CSS variables, integrate ProjectSwitcher into sidebar, and add custom
Cloudflare Pages deployment script with batched uploads and retry logic.

zeekay f609217ce8 refactor(docs): remove pars section and update generated doc files 
Pars governance docs belong in a separate repo, not the docs framework.
Also updates auto-generated browser/server files and create-app templates.

zeekay ba79db2ab1 fix(dev-docs,create-app): add --webpack flag to dev script and remove last fuma refs in templates 
dev-docs dev server requires --webpack flag (Turbopack doesn't support webpack aliases).
Renamed "Fumadocs" card titles to "Hanzo Docs" in template content.

zeekay 9f7ba58db0 fix(dev-docs): resolve MDX build errors in architecture and platform docs 
- Remove invalid Card component imports (provided globally by MDX)
- Replace bare < symbols with text equivalents to prevent JSX parsing
- Change unsupported capnp code fence to text

components).

zeekay db79428a77 feat: add dev-docs app for Hanzo Dev CLI documentation 
- New Fumadocs-based docs app at apps/dev-docs/ (port 3003)
- Ported 16+ markdown docs from hanzoai/dev as MDX with navigation
- Landing page with terminal preview, features grid, quick start
- 28 docs pages: getting-started, usage, config, integrations, reference
- Static export to out/ with shiki code highlighting
- CI: add GITHUB_PAGES env, NODE_OPTIONS, SKIP_DTS for faster builds
