Scaffold cloned from apps/zen-docs. Port 3008. Content authored from the settled state of ~/work/lux/pulsar/main (README, EC README, bridge doc, extraction roadmaps, NIST-SUBMISSION, SUBMISSION, CHANGELOG, SECURITY, postmortem). Math rendered with KaTeX. Information architecture: intro -> getting-started -> protocol -> reference -> proofs -> security -> nist-mptc -> postmortem -> changelog. Build clean: pnpm --filter=pulsar-docs build && pnpm --filter=pulsar-docs dev.
