contents: write and pull-requests: write were each declared twice in the same permissions block. Same values, so behaviour is unchanged — but a duplicate key is silently resolved by YAML to the last one, which is exactly how a lux/ui workflow ended up baking a Hanzo URL into a Lux build. Leave none lying around. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
