- Restore pre-merge components/ai/search.tsx (Hanzo native AI search) - Fix layout imports back to @/components/ai/search - Remove @orama/core and @orama/orama from deps - Replace HANZO_API_KEY with HANZO_PUBLISHABLE_KEY (client-safe) - Update registry: ai/inkeep → ai/hanzo - Keep GITHUB_APP_* for build-time static data
