Release / Release (push) Failing after 1m41s
Every check here asks whether a key is PRESENT: the pk- prefix case, and the grep that asserts Next baked it into the export. pk-live-c886... satisfied both — sealed, non-empty, correctly prefixed — while its project had been deleted, so the door answered 403 ingest_key_unknown and docs.hanzo.ai recorded nothing. Shape cannot see a deleted project. This repo rebuilt cleanly on 08-06 and baked the same dead key again, which is the part that needed fixing: nothing in this workflow ever asked whether the key works. docs does not use hanzoai/ci's reusable build, so the fleet-wide probe added there (v1.0.39) does not reach it. This is that check, inline, at the point the key is read. Fails closed on an answer and warns on none, so an unreachable door cannot turn a network blip into a failed build.
