The root meta.json listed 34 entries and the tree holds 37. enso, games and proof-of-ai each ship a real page, answer their URL, and appear in no rail — the exact shape the pre-build check was written for, which is why it refused every build since the root was rewritten and no docs image has shipped since. Placed where each belongs rather than appended: enso opens Surfaces, because it is the one you meet first; games sits in Build beside the other paths from nothing to something running; proof-of-ai follows zap under Concepts, where how the network verifies and pays is already the subject.
