zeekay c6daad1101 The gateway page stops counting endpoints, because it kept getting it wrong
Three pages carried three numbers for one question: 133+ endpoints across 15+
services on the services page, 147+ on the project page, and the real answer is
2459 operations across 187 products. A count written by hand is a fourth answer
to something openapi.yaml already answers, and it is the one that drifts,
because nothing regenerates it.

They now name the document instead. The document is emitted from Cloud's own
route table and gated on every release, so it cannot go stale without the gate
going red.

# The repo already HAS a clean — per-package `rimraf dist` / `rimraf .next out`,
# fanned out by turbo — so this calls it instead of carrying a second idea of
# what this repo generates. Which matters more than DRY usually does here:
# packages/{openapi,obsidian} keep TRACKED fixtures under test/out/, and a
# hand-rolled `find -name out` would eat them. Those two packages clean `dist`
# and nothing else, so the tracked files were never in reach.
